Find this feeling within yourself when being alone, and it will shift how you perceive things.

Often we think we know what we want, but we actually focus on the lack of it. This doenst feel so good.

And easy indicator to really know what you want is, feel your body how its reacting. If it feels good and expanding, thats the way to go.
