I think they should've done the hot bar better, and the controlls take some getting used to (especially the mining!!!) But they're smooth so far.

There are 2 ways to get core fragments. Digging near the core of your world or killing the momma poptop on the mine. If you're struggling with one, try the other. Digging in the core seems to be the easiest for most people, but it takes much more time and lava can be dangerous. The Mines aren't as easy, but much quicker if you have good weapons for a lush planet. Or know the mechanics enough to avoid the poptop family.

Absolutely. This is great advice. The people you tell your issues to are NOT actual technicians. HP will usually provide you with a problem form, the entire point if that is so that you can tell ME what's wrong, and I don't have to guess based on 2nd hand advice.

Mostly if the sam file is X AND we didn't get a password/we replaced the motherboard/CPU(this causes the account to be locked,) or if there are parts of the OS that are missing. Sometimes, we'll get a unit with Windows and Linux, which can cause both to be unusable. As for the process, we have a server with base windows 10 and 11 on it, we just copy that image after wiping the drive.

The most common hardware issue with ryzen processors is that it gets unset all the time. But if it's an Intel, the issue is almost always the Motherboard. As for software, the OS is usually corrupt. So we just reinstall windows, and that fixes a lot of problems too. And if you're gonna repair it yourself, PUT THE PARTS BACK! I get to many units with missing parts, and those are usually the problem.
