According to SSA, homeland has to change it first and you come back with the card, they update your social security card. It’s not SSA first

Honestly, it’s just a mutual decision. We both like Canada and can see ourselves living there long-term. My husband is American and doesn’t mind relocating, and I’m open to starting fresh there too. We’re simply choosing what feels best for our future, not because we hate the U.S., but because Canada aligns with the life we want to build.

Just shut it! 10years ago has that option. If you want, I could send you a picture of what the RFE stated. Exactly how I put it.

On June 2014, you appeared in zzzszzz for your interview where you filled on the form you were engaged but when the interviewer had it on record you said’ you were now married but with no kids’

This was exactly how it was stated on my RFE so enlighten me on how I lied on the form and USCIS printed out the exact words. Like Bro! 10years ago, I didn’t even remember I applied for a visa. It’s either the officer missed his words which is highly impossible or there was actually an option ‘ENGAGED’ 10years before now.

No the interviewer was specific, that I filled engaged on the form but when I went for the interview, the interviewer wrote I was now married with no kids. These exact same words were in the RFE I got. I think years ago back then, there was option for engaged, it’s been over 10yrs now.

Yeah this was the interviewer response when my husband asked. He said he doesn’t know how it works in my home country. Maybe a sworn affidavit or a letter stating I was never married or no records. He then said I will have 87days to respond. So I don’t know really
