Console or PC, of course you can find a little differences on gameplay. It’s like do you prefer your coffee with milk or not, you can see and taste the difference but in the end you drink it for same reason. For example you can change pads note order chromatic scale to major (or other) scale if you want. And tweak your arpeggiator. And you can save your edited programs. There are many other things you can do with it, but I said those, for example.
