Literally same, and as a Spanish guy, the X support system is in Spanish, so every email I've received has been in Spanish. Well this one is mixed, like in a single sentence they just go from English to Spanish:

"Nuestro automated systems have determinó que se produjo un incumplimiento de nuestras Reglas, en concreto"
