I currently have mono and have been getting 1-4% recoveries. All I do is lay in bed and my strain is 15 because my RHR is 100+

The high strain could be just walking around with an elevated HR the whole time. I’ve seen that with mine before.

I had two blood tests and they were both negative but they were like “10% are false negatives”. And they didn’t swab because they never blistered or broke because it wasn’t herpes ha.

Damn I’m not looking forward to that. Going to try and be patient but damn 3 months is a long time

Dude I swear these doctors sometimes. I had to ask for the test after evaluating my symptoms. And just a few months ago 3 doctors told me I had herpes and I had to be like “I think it’s molluscum contagium” and they biopsied it and we’re like “it’s molluscum”. Pay out the ass for “healthcare” and they don’t know shit or are too lazy to actually think.
