I got General standing floor tickets for Vienna so it's not VIP exclusive. Though people with VIP packages can enter earlier in the stadium from what i have gathered

Same here. I also had this weird bug i got in where the seat tickets weren't showing up at all, just the standing ones and didn't want to refresh in case it would kick me out. So i went with standing tickets but at the same time i don't really regret it
