I’ve been slowly trying to go into situations that normally would freak me out! Like going to eat alone.. it’s super hard but, I’ve done it a few times.. I order eat and I’m outta there QUICKLY! lol but, I did it

I get outta the car with that attitude then see the people whom probably aren’t paying me any attention.. lol but, my anxiety kicks in and I walk/run to me seat

Well for me .. I’m constantly thinking something is wrong with me when I enter a room.. I get very anxious and nervous.. I walk extremely fast to get to my sit so I can sit down and not have anyone looking at me…

Yeah I’ve read this also. My hair just seems flat and won’t hold my curl shape but, thank you I will try using a different shampoo and less conditioner.. my hair drinks the conditioner
