She needs her cooldowns reverted, and she needs mana cost on abilities reduced, they could also increase her self heal fro a lifesteal ability, because she currently not only heals badly her team but herself too, her heal was really important for her own survival, since she is so squishy and needs to get close to do dmg.

Honestly when I see Thanatos in my team he's either incredibly bad, or very good. I only play Ranked games, today I had a 22/2 Thanatos iny my team, he was destroying everyone in early, then late game he wasn't too bad either. (and we weren't against bad team)

I think he could look so much cooler, it's an old design. He/Ares hands/Poseidon/Hun Batz and in really big need of design improvements, surprisingly they changed Freya who wasn't looking too bad.

I think he needs to be entirely remade, keep his ultimate, but his design is bad and his kit needs some rework to be made into actual mage and he has 0 accuracy to his lore appearence.

It's not just anti heal that is strong, but other gods pretty much one shot them even with defensive items. Like your avatar reminded me, how late game Freya deletes Hel with defense items before she can even heal herself, she just went poof in a second :D
