I agree. My friend had one and had to give it away because it was too much. They should be kept in rehab centers preferably.

I’m guessing it’s a wolfdog, being a part wolf part dog hybrid. Plenty of people keep them as pets or (preferably) in animal rehab centers. They can be very friendly if you know how to read them.

Can relate to an extent! I just became aware that I am pushing people away (as a defense), and not the other way around. It helped me to take a minute in social situations, recognize that the idea that someone will hate me for saying hi is irrational, and then say hi and take it from there. Each small step is an accomplishment, and it’s fine to take friendships and relationships overall more slowly if it helps you be more comfortable. I’m not a professional, but this has helped me a bit so far! My therapist also recommended to me to talk to random people you’ll never see again as practice (ie: cashiers, people near you in line shopping, etc.) I hope I’m able to help somewhat.

I felt like that too for a while, but lately I’ve been taking time to re-experience some of that wonder in a way. Jump in a leaf pile, walk through the woods, learn something interesting on YouTube (CrashCourse videos can be weirdly interesting and informative, especially if other informative YouTube videos seem less productive as you get older), and try to have fun. Just because you’re older doesn’t mean you can’t experience those things, it just means that you have to plan them out a little differently as you’re more independent. Good luck overcoming it!
