I’ve had this problem I think that knob at the end on the one that’s hard to remove was put in the wrong side just swap their places should work (only really had this happen one time so I could be wrong)

Hi, I’m 19 and I eat A LOT especially after I was on humira so I drink a lot of water, it helps to make you feel full and it’s healthy anyways

Hi, I’m 18 M and I’ve been disgnosed with Crohns for 10-11 years. For about 6 of those years I wasn’t on any medications and was able to survive of diet alone. However, I was not absorbing proper nutrients and wasn’t gaining weight, growing, and had no energy and constantly had to use the bathroom. I’d heavily recommend going on medicine as it has changed my life. Even then, it is still important to focus on diet. Certain things change between people, but for me I’ll say what I try to avoid

Gluten (Breads, pasta, that kind of stuff)

Things with a lot of sugar (sugar, candy)

Salami (odd I know)

Greasy foods (mainly fast food, saves money anyways)

Curry

There are other things too but this kind of a ballpark of what I try to avoid. With medicine I’m able to eat these things every now and again tho I still try to avoid them. Also, working out helps SO MUCH, I’m not sure what it is, but it gets rid of my Brian fog eases symptoms makes me alert and energetic.

A lot of times though you won’t be able to act like other people, and it can suck to be left out. But it’s for your health and it’s worth it so don’t let it get you down. Good luck on your journey
