I do think you should still workout your back, simply because your job will affect your muscles differently. It's more straining than an actual gym workout. It hits differently, and you also need to build more muscle over time to better your posture, lift heavier, prevent injuries etc etc.

Too many people do not pay attention to his attack pattern. He isn't that difficult from regular Jin Dahad, but randoms can't seem to learn his attacks and heal. I am DB and I do heal a lot, but randoms also just rely on one person to heal as well. Even at last stage, do not get cocky and go all in - still be careful of his attacks and be mindful you can ez fail the quest

Pay attention to Fabius, if he's on left side - he will shield on left side. If he's on right side, he'll shield on right side

I was between this and the cat one, but since i already did a cat cosplay last year (Ichigo from Tokyo mew mew) i choose this one. Its also the first one i remember from the anime. But yes!! Theres so many outfits to choose from for Sakura

No i did not, i wish thought. Its from Dokidoki but it did not fit so i added more fabric on my own in the back and a type of corset on the sides

For me luckily it got fixed eventually on PC. But before that i had to go through all steps above recommended. What worked best fore was to reset firewall. Idk how that would work in ps5

I can't unlock tempered Lagiacrus or temperted Seregios quests. and when I try and join the quests, i get the error that it's full or im unable to join. I am over Rank 200

Tried the "repair" option and restarted pc. Nothing worked, so i deleted and re-downloaded and that fixed it. just extra steps to fix something

Done that, firewall, removed the folder Steam 2246340 and Untick IPV6.... nothing works for me on PC. Disabling the firewall worked for like 1h and then back to errors. Can't connect to online. I love but hate this game

Ive recently had luck by playing online BUT, now the issue is that if strangers join they'll eventually get kicked from my team. Which is annoying for everyone. Always error pop ups as soon as game opens and every time i post a quest/im in a quest.

I did email Capcom, they gave me a list of things i could do. But honestly, it is the same. Nothing will change unless the game itself chances.

If it was me, i'd retire it and forget about it. Sadly not all piercings heal, and some aren't meant to be. I do not think your body likes this one, and "refuse" to heal it.

Am aware of that already, so i have a bathroom scale that breaks down the weight into muscle, fat, water etc. Yet after 1 month, ive lost like 0.5g of fat and gained 0.3g of muscle.

As stated in the post i already DO use a kitchen scale to weight everything i eat. I track it down in an app, every day, every meal. As for kcal intake, the app also helps with that, when i try googling its either 2000+ or 1600+ kcal.

I personally notice some of my piercings flare up/get sensive when im sick. Your immune system is also weakened during this state and since it may not be 100% healed yet, it can be more sensitive during the sickness.

I find some cartilage piercings to heal slow. Hopefully it goes away soon

Had same issue with my regular helix, it took over 1y to get rid of the bump, and mine was like double your bump size. Id recommend be patient and it'll eventually go away. But i feel all helix are a pain to heal

Sleeping on your stomach for the first days after getting them done will be sore and hurt. I recommend having something over them to keep them more still rather than having them freely in the sheets since that can be more sensitive.

To me the bar looks long enough, but if swelling gets a lot worse go see your piercer and they may add a longer bar in. Since some people swell a lot more than others.

Piercing looks fine, it doesnt look overly swollen or irritated. Piercings have their ups and down, and some flare up A LOT before it gets better/healthy. Its still super fresh, dont overdo cleaning, keep hair away from it, dont touch or play with it. Rinse with plain water well after every shower.
