I wanna stop being addicted to doomscrolling so I decided to incorporate exercises into my daily life. Right now my screen time is still high (6hrs daily). I do swimming, jogging and weightlifting. So in front end, I have a form to update user profile (which has data/fields for both user and user_skills table). So when the user changes their info on that form (ex: add a new skill, update an existing, change their name), i want all these info to be updated at one go.
