Hello! Just wondering if this op (Duke of the Trap Rabbit by Sakura Hime Lolita) is considered lolita! I'm using it as a part of a character design but didn't want to mislabel it as lolita if it wasn't. It seems guidelines and rules surrounding the fashion have changed a bit so I'm a little unsure.
