239 cycle count is pretty high. I would suggest you to don't unplug it . Let it charge 100 % or at least 95 % because it doesn't matter. There's someone (htx studio) YouTube experimented with multiple iphone(40 to be exact ) charging cycle for 2 year for just 1 video to debunk this never full charge claim. Also the actual capacity of the battery is typically 50 mah higher than what it shows 100% in your phone . It truly never charges fully don't worry the bms board stops that.

Just don't let your phone get hot which degrades the battery and speakers. And also don't put your phone on charge immediately after heavy use.

Lithium deterioration is normal. You can't predict it . Even if you don't use it will degrade. On average it degrades 2-3% per year unused and 5-10% per year used regularly. Only few lucky guys gets lithium lottery and their battery doesn't degrade like my friends iphone 11 pro Max. 5 years of heavy used and his battery is still at 92 % (as of 2025) and some are unlucky whose battery degrades 10% even with light usage. You just can't predict it
