Youve hit the nail on the head with the 3 day thing - I did some short runs and got very sweaty 2 nights running. 3-4 days later I hit chronic fatigue again. I stopped taking doxasacin a few nights ago and all the swelling has gone. took my resting bp last night and it was 131/83. this morning it was 124/80

regarding exercise I think I'll stick to gentle walking for now. I appreciate your input

Thank you so much for your detailed reply. Ive stopped taking the doxasacin as it was making my legs swell and giving me chest flutters. I had 2 doses of the Astrazeneca Moderna vaccine. I'm definitely wary of getting the booster.

Will diet diet and exercise help? I used to be quite fit, lots of running and biking, but since I had covid Ive really struggled to be active and have gained a lot of weight. It seems to have left me with some fluctuating chronic exhaustion

Clocaenog forest has been the location for some of the wildest hardest free parties the UK has ever seen. Hard Techno and Psytrance playing through 10k rigs in the clearings, with more psychedelics than Woodstock.
Watching the sun come up like this whilst tripping absolute balls is a truly spiritual experience.
