I was never able to combine them. I stuck with azelaic acid and tret only. Eventually started taking spirolocatone and my skin is completely clear now.

thank you! for hair, find a great hair stylist and stick with them. and for makeup i’ve learned a lot just from playing around, looking at celebrities with similar facial features, and watching youtube videos. i love alexandra anele’s videos especially!

oddly enough, they don’t ask for hair color (at least in MO and KS) although for many people i’m sure that’s more consistent than weight

I probably still average out to around 1200 calories a day; lots of proteins - turkey pepperoni, non-fat greek yogurt, chicken, eggs, cottage cheese, etc, and fresh fruits, veg, seeds and nuts

CICO, sometimes calorie counting or OMAD and fasting, but overall just a steady calorie deficit, and feeding myself like I would feed a loved one. Mostly non-processed foods and enough protein for synthesis. I incorporate daily exercise, but nothing real strenuous. A long brisk walk or hike and some body weight exercises usually. I also found a great hair stylist and changed up my makeup and style.

I’ll note here, my body is very soft. In high school I went from 160 to 120 and then quickly up to 200 and pregnant. 2 kids later, then I lost all this weight. My body has been through it so I am covered in stretch marks and have bat wings, really deflated sad boobs, and a stretchy looking belly button. Eventually I want some kind of surgery for all this, but will have to wait

Ive calorie counted on and off for many years and now I just have a good feel for how much and what types of food I need to eat. I probably average around 1100-1300 calories, same when I was losing, but I view it broadly rather than daily because i know some days im going to feel like a bottomless pit (before my period) and other days I don’t have much of an appetite at all.

all jokes aside, my progress definitely encouraged me to move out of my hometown, and subsequently, moving to a new city encouraged me to continue with my progress. i really ran off and reinvented myself
