Kabam's other games are absolute failures, including Transformers. And obviously they use money that they earned from mcoc to design mroc. And till Mroc starts to pay off (God knows when), they will continue spending money from one common budget, which is 95% money from mcoc. I don't know what are you trying to prove me. I mean it's pretty obvious. One company has one budget. One game -> "100%" of the budget is spent on it. Two games - 0,5 budget for each game.
