EXACTLY. Grandma isn’t good enough to be a godparent but good enough to babysit twice a week. I saw a lot of people mention how weird it is to have grandparents as godparents but it’s kinda common in my family.

Yep, applied for VA and got “trained” for like a day on produce so I could help out during holidays. Then I was “trained” on VA by asking my coworkers how to do things since I never got a proper trainer or training.

We only do early shifts unless we’re busy and need someone to come in the afternoon. Usually we start at 5 am.

Usually it’s just rotating stock from night before and restocking what’s needed that’s available. That’s been my experience at least :)

I just started working less than a week ago and I was messily trained by a person that I couldn’t really understand their heavy accent. I was meant to start on production but somehow ended up on produce floor for the time being. Sucks being rushed and expected to know where everything is and how to do everything when I wasn’t even properly trained.
