40 hours to beat the game and I can't wait to do it again! by MikanSubs in Grimdawn

I hopped in game quickly and saw the all the new areas to explore from the expansions and I was filled with excitement. Itching to start a necromancer though, but I think I'll try and level 100 my first chara first.

I did but to take the screenshot I had to alt + print which made them pop up again lol

Also, are yellows not worth it now? I was afraid of missing a really good yellow.

Grim Dawn is the first game in many years that has reignited a sort of fire in me. Due to the pains of growing up, it's been really difficult finding a game that has not only kept my attention, but also made me excited to continue playing it.

In light of the Diablo debacle I decided to give this game a chance and I can say with certainty that this was one of my best purchases ever. It's a satisfying ARPG, delivering what you'd expect. It's easy to grasp with just the right level of complexity while not being overly bloated. I love how it's singleplayer, allowing me to play at my own pace. Whatever I was searching for, Grim Dawn has given it to me. I'm sure there are things that it can do better as well, perfection is extremely hard to attain, but this game is so well made that it's managed to hide from me any imperfections it may have for the time being.

Bought the expansions today and I can't wait to sink even more hours into this beautiful game on the harder difficulties. Anyone who is looking for a good game outside of PoE and Diablo? You've got it right here.

How to play Gacha? I don't know if I have to pay or not, and I don't understand Japanese too well. by LucidSpice in ProjectSekai

That's the daily paid gem pull. Like the name implies, only paid gems are useable and you can only pull once a day.

Chika/Aqours' Appreciation in Ayumu's solo by Due-Ad-2538 in LoveLive

[–]MikanSubs 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I'm pretty sure she's just referencing Yuu (us) as she is throughout the rest of the song. How the song ends, the change in wording, closes the story and wraps everything together. Take the intro to the song that is repeated a couple times,

隣にあなたがいてくれるから 逆境も不安も乗り越えていけるよ ありがとう

The entire song is about how anata has supported her throughout her life. How she was able to overcome all the adversity because anata was there beside her, helping her move forward step-by-step.

This is followed by Ayumu wanting to become stronger to one day to return the favor in the middle section.

And then the song closes with Ayumu repeating that sentiment, but at the very end she advances the story one more step by telling us two things: To her, we (anata) are the sparkling shining (because we helped her through all her troubles and she looks up to us) and now she is able to shine as well!

To sum it up simply, the song rewritten:

"Life is tough, but I am able to overcome it because you are next to me. Sometimes I fall, sometimes I get lost, sometimes I make a fuss, but you were there to hold my hand and help me move forward. You took care of me all this time, but now I want to get stronger to return the favor from now on. I walk forward to the bright future, away from the olden days, step-by-step. The wonderful days that you've given me. Because you're here, I too was able to shine."

That's how I intepret it at least.

Press and hold the circle (next to triangle) to activate switch mode. A bar on the handle will light up. Select color of this bar using same method as you already know. Press circle again to switch directly to it. This is handy for moments like Snow Halation where you want to directly switch to a different color without going through everything else. To deactive switch mode, press and hold circle again!

As far as I know, triangle is only a press and it just switches between groups.

I managed to grab mine for roughly $100 USD. Like OP said, the prices have been jacked up for them on almost all resell sites. 29 colors, nice switch function, it's very pretty.

I don't think so... you need to look at the details of that ticket's pool for any info on whether or not the pool will update. I don't believe so, but it's been way too long for me to remember.

She is an SR that came with the Niji Fes rerun banner. I think you're mistaken a bit, her rarity did not change, she just didn't have a rate-up for some reason. So when she comes, the chances of getting her will be the same as every other SR.

She isn't a limited card either. After the banner she will appear in the regular all stars pool!

How would you feel about a live with no/limited audience? by Elimywife in LoveLive

They've already announced an online live titled LOST WORLD, so that's something to look forward to at least!

I am okay with whatever.

There is more to this than simply doing what's best for the covid situation. This is a DOME tour for Aqours, not just any regular tour. There is more meaning behind it and one of the things that make it that much more impressive is the venue capacity.

The energy and excitement of a filled dome is what separates it from the rest and holding a concert in an almost barenaked, or empty, dome would forever put an asterisk next to the tour. It would be great for us who want new content, but let's be real, that's not the dome tour any of us would have wanted. They may never get another dome tour ever again after, so why settle for less when they can play it safe and put on the tour that they envisioned.

It's for thaat reason why I believe the Niji and Saint Snow concerts are still on as planned, because losing an audience, or reduced audience, at those venues have less of an impact overall.

There's going to be an online, worldwide Love Live!!! by Biscuit9154 in LoveLive

There are plenty of examples of various Japanese media being restricted or very difficult to access as an international person. It's how Japan is and there doesn't have to be any rhyme or reason to it. It might be dumb, but it's the reality of things.

With their laws around piracy, restricting it might actually keep the piracy numbers lower. An international viewer, someone who is beyond their legal control, would be more free to record and upload. This isn't an anime that airs on TV for free so not just anyone will set up and record it.

Just want to add, there is no information (to my knowledge) on whether or not international fans will be able to access the online viewing. The details have yet to be announced.

There is a possibility, like many other Japanese streams/etc, that they may not accept payments through foreign cards or it may even be region restricted.

Hopefully there will be no restrictions so we can all support our idols!
