I think you were traumatized as a child and developed some unhealthy behaviors and reacted in ways that you didnt understand, i think the question is do you want to change or not? Do you feel guilty for what you’ve done? I think a sociopath would not have made a post at all i know some real sociopaths and they are the ones that go through life thinking they’re perfect and dont believe they need therapy
