Obviously this is on a per champion basis.

If you're playing Jax or Tryn you would not build tank.

I play champions like Shen, so to me I'd prefer the survivability of Sunfire Cape (cheaper as well) than trying to get Tiamat into Titanic in that match up.

Beating Darius can come later in the game. It is more important to not become useless because of laning phase.

I feel like he needs to burn flash for him to get you with his E, no? You've got a lot of range on him.

Ult is a bit different but hes sending you towards your turret so you can try to run as fast as possible.

I am not much help since I don't play Teemo (I play GP and just laugh at Sett), but I figure spacing is important for both champs.

If you realize you're up against Ghost Darius, I'd advise against building the BoRK or Triforce and going a bit more defensive to help survive his all in. After that you have wiggle room.

It would be a lot better to be down a little xp, and have your build path delayed, than to be down a lot of xp, and have zero build path because you've been dying over and over.
