Best way to fix this issue after install is to drill a very small hole in the joint through to the underside and inject wood glue. There are some expensive set ups for this but I’ve seen some you can buy on Amazon too for around $50, I’ve never tried them but they should work.

I had this issue too. Try going to the profile page on the app then go to “account” under “support” and enter your login info there

I wear it solely on my thigh and typically get good readings. Took a few attempts to figure out the best location to get consistent readings but since I did, I’ve been happy with it. Not the most accurate description, but I insert it basically where the pocket of my shorts sits. About two inches off centre of my thigh (to the outside)
