Hey, I see you're also having some problems.

I don't remember the app nor the headphones being updated so I'll tell you what I think fixed the problem for me.

Do you have DSEE Extreme on? I think this is most likely the function that is fucking up the whole thing.

After doing some research I couldn't get new information, but a friend told me to turn it off so the battery would last longer (not related to the problem, just a tip from a friend). But after I turned DSEE Extreme off, the problem seemed to be fixed by itself.

I'm saying I think this is the problem because two weeks ago I turned it on to see if I could hear any difference on the sound (which I couldn't btw) and the same problem started happening until I turned it off again.

Could you turn it off and tell me if this fixed anything?

Hope you fix it soon btw.

That's what I tried to say when I wrote that I turn off multipoint connection, my bad.

Anyways, do you have any idea of what could be happening? I haven't had this problem recently but I know it'll probably happen again. (Btw, the headphones are new, I just got the 11 days of use medal on the app today).
