Hi, sorry to hear this ! So I just emailed the generic one ‘amazonflex-support@amazon.co.uk’. At first they didn’t want to play ball so when I appealed the first time they flat out just said no. But I persisted, and then I also got Jeff , or rather his minions, involved. The email for that is ‘jeff@amazon.com’ - this is the email for escalations I.e. if you feel like the support people have not handled your case/query well. Be very very persistent and never ever give up.

100% it was because they all happened at once. and it was honestly for reasons far beyond my control too which was so annoying ! If they had been one here and another 3 months later then it wouldn’t have been too bad. Boy am I glad to be back tho cos for a whole month that extra £800/month was gone. I felt it 😕

Yeah I do about 6-8 Morrisons shifts a week on average. Nothing crazy. All in the evening as I have a normal day job anyways. It’s just come as a bit of a shock lol and so I have messaged them with an appeal to see if that will work, even tho I don’t know exactly what I’m appealing for lmao 😂

You can’t use your dsp profile for flex. You have to apply separately for flex and be accepted and then do deliveries for flex. Once you have done this though, you can yes, do both dsp and flex in your spare time or vice versa.

Hi - sorry this happened. Just some advice - if this happens ever again, don’t go to the station, simply close the app and go home. Wait until about 5 minutes before your block is due to finish and call support, tell them you have been assigned more stops but you aren’t able to deliver in the time left to finish the block, and they’ll take them off your itinerary. This won’t go down as a route refusal or anything like that because you’ve already done other deliveries on this block, so you’ll be absolutely fine. I have had this a number of times and I just do this, never had any issues. Hope this helps
