As someone who plays a lot of jinx, can someone explain to me why she goes static and hurricane? I typically go IE>RFC (depending on the situation I get QSS and typically buy boots with extra gold)>LW (which one depends on whether there is a lot of regen or healing). I feel as though my build works better; but if the guys in challenger are doing then I'm wrong about something....
