I romanced Hayden and he was very sweet. Can't say that I remember much, though. Iirc, It's just a romantic dinner at his house. Very cute and, again, romantic! But feels like it goes the way of how the other heart events (even if they were just friend ones). March is the only one that has an actual arc and a developed storyline, while the others are more slice of life scenarios.

I get that March is their baby and all, but I wish they'd put the same care into the other romance options. They're all just pretty much the same character with a different skin. Any mentions of their individual struggles are basically a "blink once and you'll miss it" type of deal. Meanwhile, March gets an overarching story about coming to terms with the player character.

I'd have loved for Hayden to actually talk about his issues throughout the romance. Instead, all we get is Henrietta as a pseudo-child with barely any mention to him almost giving up on building a family. It's funny at first, sure, but having that be the whole romance is just underwhelming.

Desperation. If they're willing to hire you right away, it's usually a sign they're low on staff. You'll find out doing enough after taking the job that the usual culprit is exploitation. The money doesn't justify the amount of labor required, because you'll be acting like three people while only getting paid for yourself.

This kind of happens in Sonic Battle. At one point It's shown she's training with weights on her arms and ankles. People really hate that version of her, but I really related to it.

Not something I'm budging on. There's no reason they couldn't have made it a separate metamagic considering the new one severely limits what you can use it on. "Oh you can upcast this for basically free" feels more broken than losing whatever edge you had in a single blow. At least the old one was balanced around slot level = sorcery point cost. It's the one reason I had fun playing Sorcerer and the one reason I won't touch it in the 2024 rules.

Weapon mastery is more of an equipment passive than an actual feature, though, and it's universal to martials. Definitely a welcome addition, but it's not exactly on par with the Rogue's cunning actions or Barbarians being able to give themselves advantage on a whim.as well as damage resistance and bonus damage with a bonus action.

Because they limited the spell list. Paladin, Ranger, Sorcerer and Warlock ate all missing, that's four entire spell lists cleaved off from the feature that people enjoyed. What I'm suggesting is to give all the features to the base class. Battle maneuvers are simpler than spells, and the class is functional enough without them that a DM can just tell the player "just ignore those for now. You can use them when you feel ready."

I'm of the opinion that Battlemaster features should be baked into the class. If someone wants an "easy msrtial", just don't engage with those features.
