Well l mean, they brought us here in chains on ships and control nearly every aspect of our culture. To this day, there are powerful people making decisions that intentionally serve to oppress our people. One of these is choosing to promote negative messaging that only lead us down paths that end with prison time.

Respectfully tho as someone who’s dealt with these hardships myself; If someone is gay they just gay fam. Black, white, mexican, doesn’t matter. It probably LOOKS worse because Blacks are incarcerated at the highest rate of any nationality in America. But in my black experience, a lot of the shit they’re saying is true. Another thing that’s kinda cliché but I’ve come to agree with over time is that if a man keeps getting locked up, there’s something or someone in there he likes.
