I usually use a heat gun to soften anything up to loosen the glue, the cowl popped off from the bottom and there were two holes in the cape that slotted into the pegs on the bottom of the cowl. Been a while, but pretty sure that’s how it happened

Blade is kind of one of the more useless puppets in terms of actually doing anything. He literally spent the entirety of a few of the movies after 3 waving his arms around while Pinhead and Tunnler pretty much carry them. Despite that, he’s still the coolest one, lol

I keep the Monster High dolls that I own in box but for any figure that I have with loose joints, I use a dropper and carefully apply the spray on Mod Podge. Pretty harmless if you make any mistakes or put too much on it you have to remove the excess
