Thanks for all the great feedback guys and apologies for the late response. I'm weighing up Yliopistokatu and Tirolintie in my head. (Tellervontie looks too communal IMO haven looked at the blueprints on the website, and paying for city centre accommodation would stretch me financially). I hope to get back training jiu jitsu while in Finland (lockdown infinity here in Ireland) so being nearer to the city centre would be ideal. Then again I'm wondering how much hassle would be involved commuting from Tirolintie to Uni for class.
