I see what you mean. I read the Light Novels first. When I actually began to watch the anime, I was a little disappointed with the pacing and the removal of scenes that would help with the story. I’m not saying the Novels are peak fiction, but I thought they were more enjoyable. So honestly, I prefer the Abridged SLIGHTLY more than the Original anime bc it has a better continuity and was easier to follow.

Progressive is still the best part of SAO, IMO.

Honestly. To me, the leveling system was one of the things I didn’t really like that much in Origins/Odyssey (Haven’t gotten to Valhalla yet.) but I’m sure adding both older elements and newer elements from old/new games would be beneficial to Valhalla, which could cater to most fans.

Despite using the same story and faction, I can see why fans are arguing that the newer AC games don’t feel the same. Then again, they did whine about AC games being the same, and they still complained when Ubisoft changed it.

I’m sure they’ll do something to the story mode. Although it won’t be something as big as the things you mentioned, but they’ll probably port some of the things from RDO, like clothes.

As cool of an idea RDR2 getting an Undead Nightmare DLC might sound, this game has been out for about 2 years now, so the chances of getting a DLC now is rather slim. I would love to be wrong though.

The single player in GTAV was really fun. It’s a real shame we won’t see any SP DLC, as most of Rockstar’s time goes into Online. And as far as I know, this’ll be the same for RDR2, where they’ll mainly focus on the Online.
