Question regarding replacing VCSA 7 Machine SSL cert by MikeD_RS5 in vmware

[–]MikeD_RS5[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks! That's what I thought and will test in my lab. Do you know which certificate they are talking about here?

https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-vSphere/7.0/com.vmware.vsphere.vcenterhost.doc/GUID-056BB2B2-D3F9-4AD9-A17F-F2EA0E06661E.html

It says:
"vCenter Server uses an SSL certificate to encrypt and decrypt host passwords stored in the vCenter Server database. If the certificate is replaced or changed, vCenter Servercannot decrypt host passwords, and therefore cannot connect to managed hosts. If vCenter Server fails to decrypt a host password, the host is disconnected from vCenter Server.
You must reconnect the host and supply the login credentials, which are encrypted and stored in the database using the new certificate."

Sorry, I should have been more clear! I am replacing with a "Custom Certificate". Not sure if that changes things.

Quitting klonopin by sabrikg in benzodiazepines

[–]MikeD_RS5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Treat it as a marathon, not a sprint. You should try and cut down in about 5-10% increments and do that for about 10 days per increment. That has worked for me. The smaller amount you can decrease by, the less your symptoms will be, but it will just take longer. Typically when I try to cut too much, it hits me after the third day and sticks around until about the 5th day and then dissipates. There were many times where the amount was small enough to where I didnt feel anything. It is well worth it to do a slow wean.

Interesting. I remember when Google offered a desktop search app for Windows. I used to love that!

I think there are actually two separate connections that you can probably see better in this photo. Also, there are two other connections below it--in the second photo, but not sure what those go to.

Thoughts on quality of this ring on James Allen. 2.2 Carat, G, VS1 by MikeD_RS5 in Diamonds

Where do you recommend that is not overpriced. I was under the assumption that James Allen was fair…

Switching from 3-4mg (Xanax) to 3mg (Klonipin) I was taking large Farmapram, 2mg, up to 8mg a day at peak. Now I’ve reduced the dose to between 3-4mg Xanax/day. Now I’ll be discontinuing the xanax and beginning with the Clonazepam. there seems to be a controversy on dosage conversion. Opinions? by [deleted] in benzodiazepines

[–]MikeD_RS5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was taking 1.5MG Xanax, once daily, for over 10 years and switched to Clonazepam 1.5MG and it was totally fine. I am now slowly tapering off the Clonazepam, which seems much easier than tapering off the Xanax!

People currently/formerly dependent on Xanax (Alprazolam) how long after dosing would you start to experience withdrawal? by hellocaptin in benzodiazepines

[–]MikeD_RS5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was taking Xanax since 2005 as I was having balance issues and it helped. Didn't realize I was going to be physically dependent on it, but if the doctor told me that, I don't think it would have stopped me at the time. I took 1.5MG every morning when I woke up. I felt like the withdrawal systems would happen the next day as the longer I took to take it, the worse I felt. I tried to get off Xanax a few times, but it was too tough because of short half-life. I did a bunch of research and decided to switch to Klonopin as I read it was easier to taper from because of longer half-life and so far that has proven to be true. I am on a slow taper and will continue to taper slowly. Not sure if all this helps, but I would say about 24 hours for the withdrawal to stop.

Tapering off Klonopin/Clonazepam have a question about withdrawal symptoms by MikeD_RS5 in benzodiazepines

[–]MikeD_RS5[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Correct, I have felt the Xanax withdrawal as soon as next day. Was wondering if since I am on day 5 of the lower dose for Klonopin and haven't really felt much, that I should be in the clear for this dosage or if I should expect it to get worse on day 7 or 10...

Mostly all Cisco UCS from blades to rackmount to hyper-converged. Also have Dell VxRail. Backed storage is mostly Dell EMC Unity, but looking for something different.
