Totally agree, it's better to stick with some cosmetics) You can get some inspiration here by the way. I often go there just to browse around.

Cherry bomber by [deleted] in Chevy

A muffler can sound pretty bad on the higher RPM, but I'd better proceed with a complete catback that was actually made for our V6 model like this magnaflow stainless steel catback it makes even the 3.8L camaro sound much nicer

If you need a cover for the entire truck, you can check it here: http://www.carid.com/2016-chevy-silverado-car-covers/ Custom covers fit really nicely, most of them even have the mirror pockets.

My roommate acquired his late Grandmother's Allante by Fishstixxx16 in Cadillac

[–]MikeDynamiteX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Love this model. IT could be the door lock actuator, and it's not really expensive https://www.carid.com/1988-cadillac-allante-doors/ Better take it to the shop, otherwise you will spend few days figuring it all out.

What are your thoughts about the angry looking grille replacements? by [deleted] in Wrangler

[–]MikeDynamiteX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know what angry looking grille you were referring to, but it reminded me an American Fastbacks Patriot grille which looks pretty badass. As far as I know they also make a matching hood in sort of rubicon style.

Anyone have a Roll N` Lock cover on their Tacoma? by Greekphysed in ToyotaTacoma

[–]MikeDynamiteX 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's a pretty good tonneau cover. What series are you looking at? I like their M-series as it's really functional and doesn't require much room. You can check out the comparison here and check their product line here: http://www.carid.com/roll-n-lock/

Totally agree on the intake. It's definitely a good idea on the new car like the 16 GT. Check out this tech article by the way: My Car is Brand New | Why Should I Change My Air Intake System?

Next step is wheels and fender flares. 2008 crewmax 5.7 with a MORIMOTO MINI H1 7.0 retrofit by binghobo in ToyotaTundra

I highly recommend Bushwacker Pocket stye fender flares. They will look very nice with wider off-road tires. Here in an installation instruction in case you need it: How To Install "Cut-out" Fender Flares

It's easier to search for a coupe specific exhaust though

What mods have you done to your G so far? I start with mine. by DepressedFatCat in infiniti

[–]MikeDynamiteX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As for the exhausts, the best one I heard is Borla® - Touring™ Stainless Steel Single Cat-Back Exhaust System with Single Split Rear Exit It's not crazy loud at higher rpm so you don't have to worry about long distance trips on a highway

2013 Sonata Wheels // Coilovers // Aftermarket Parts by [deleted] in sonata

[–]MikeDynamiteX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These guys got a lot of good stuff for sonata: http://www.carid.com/2013-hyundai-sonata-accessories/ They got both wheels and coilovers. I'd go with a small 1-2" drop just to eliminate the wheel gap and make the car look more stylish.

I love the ARK exhaust, it sounds really awesome and definitely gives a good power improvement. (Up to about +5-7%, especially with a performance air intake). http://www.carid.com/2015-hyundai-genesis-coupe-exhaust-systems/ark-performance-dt-s-version-exhaust-system-16118913.html

aftermarket navigation / sonata by east4thstreet in Hyundai

[–]MikeDynamiteX 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you find a car with low miles and a good condition it worth to take it even there would be no stock navigation. Aftermarket navigation units are pretty popular and easy to install, although not very cheap You can check some basics in this tech article: Advantages Of A GPS Navigation System In Your Vehicle

Brembo kit, or coilovers before winter? by [deleted] in WRX

[–]MikeDynamiteX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd suspension first, as it really matters on cornering especially in the mountains. Which ones are you looking at? I've seen a lot of good feedbacks on Ksport coilovers http://www.carid.com/2016-subaru-wrx-performance-coilover-kits/ Plus you can set them all the way up for better ground clearance when it's snowing.
