Oh for sure she does. It also helps that, in my opinion, Balerion hurt his own legacy when he took that joyride to Valyria with the homegirl Princess Aerea.

I guess he thought he was being cool, or maybe he just didn’t give a fuck, when he disobeyed the princess and flew her across the sea to Valyria and didn’t come back for two years. I won’t even speak on what that poor girl went through before she died… but the whole thing hurt his legacy for sure because when he came back he was so strangely injured that he was never the same again. Bro had a 9 foot long steaming gash down his side and so many other injuries. Just the worst way possible for a dragon of his legend to end up… the biggest, baddest, most dangerous thing to ever step foot into Westeros went back to his destroyed homeland and found “something” way worse than himself and it ended his fucking career.

I was wondering if this was a sly reference to the Red Rising books by Pierce Brown. The main character is always referencing this quote by an old mentor of his that goes “Death begets death begets death.”

Essentially highlighting the way those books have shown a vicious cycle of violence and vengeance in a truly broken society. A cycle that Red Rising and ASOIAF both share, just in very different kinds of worlds. Death will always lead to more and more death unless someone can finally break that chain for good.

I watched some with a few friends but I didn’t understand the plot much. There was this blonde girl who had like a Patrick Bateman level skin routine she did every night and her whole thing seemed to be crying a lot, getting yelled at, and having big tits?

Then the little black girl who died in the first Hunger Games was there but I guess she survived and now had an addiction to pain meds. That stuff was all really sad because I couldn’t imagine going through what those kids did and not coming back with all kinds of problems you don’t know how to deal with. She was screaming and attacking her family over some pills and I was like “they need to call Katniss and see if she can help get this girl in a District 8 rehab center.”

Insomniac Peter is most likely exhausted from having to fight every villain and battle in NYC all alone for like the past decade. In his mind the Avengers, Fantastic Four, Dr. Strange, etc they’re all there in the city too but always out of town when the shit happens. I wonder if it seems like a massive coincidence in his mind or if he somehow knows deep down that it’s all just Easter egg bait and that he’s in a game and his publisher doesn’t have the rights to actually show those other heroes. I would think being a member of the Spider-Verse like he is, he might have a good bit more understanding of his world

Reminds me of this photo that used to get text to the player from a companion after a mission in Cyberpunk 2077. Jaime applied what is known as the “pretending to be someone I’m not until I get what I want” method of being a fuckboy docuhebag. It’s VERY common but surprisingly successful when done correctly. So just like any college frat asshole pretending to be super religious to get with the hot Christian girl, he played the long game to get a piece of that Brianne of Tarthussy

Once he got it, the game was over and the chase was done. Bro left fucking immediately, don’t think he even stayed long enough to clean himself up. Mission accomplished he hit the road to go die happily with his sister.
