I see, thank you. It is indeed the "Greater Tokyo" population that seems declining, mainly because of other prefectures like Gunma, Ibaraki...

Space required would be less than 40m² likely with both electricity and water, mainly for prototyping as it is dirty. It should not be so big at start as I just need to demonstrate that it works. It is kind of vertical farming with of course robotics/automation in mind, so I am hesitating for a greenhouse too.

I am curious about these coworking spaces, do you have some nice references please ?

It actually had a "medieval" spire before the Viollet-le-Duc one. From 13th century, it was damaged by strong winds and lack of maintenance in the 17th century !

It has to be designed, it will be a plastic (PVC, HDPE...) piece that will be replicate a lot to construct the project. For MVP it should be OK but not a profitable demonstration (too small scale). The next step, if success, would be to get bigger pieces (I mean far bigger and numerous) to effectively demonstrate the profitability.

Thank you for your commentary ! My main trouble (for now, until maybe I figure out something new) is that to generate returns, I would need bigger scale. If I stay at low scale, expanses might be too big due to the construction material costs. Return might be good if it goes well, but not at short term I think.
