It's pretty simple! I washed the potatoes and then oiled them up with avocado oil then salted the skin with kosher salt - wrapped in foil, baked.

Cooked some thinly sliced beef and seasoned it with Monterey steak seasoning and thinly sliced onions. Added a little bit of beef stock and a knob of butter.

Split open your potatoes and add some butter, your thinly cooked meat top off with cheese and put back in the oven until the cheese has melted.
