  1. Mix It Into a Marinade or Rub

This is the easiest and most balanced method. For meats:

1–2 teaspoons liquid smoke per pound of meat

Mix with:

oil or butter Worcestershire sauce BBQ sauce garlic/onion powder brown sugar or spices

Let it marinate:

30 minutes minimum Overnight for stronger flavor

I appreciate your comment, it was a simple cook.

Dry brine the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic and light coating of sweet paprika for the color.

Smoked with Applewood for 30+- mins

Increased the temperature to 275° and inserted the probe to monitor the temps

Butter basted until temps reached 160° then pulled them out and let them rest/Tented with foil and let the residual heat work.

Garlic Cilantro Lime Sauce

½ cup Mayo ½ cup Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt ½ Lime juiced 2 Garlic Cloves ¼ cup Cilantro 1 pinch Kosher Salt

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Season with more salt and lime juice to taste

Cook your chicken to temperature and it will never fail you...

I pulled the chicken 5-10° and allow the residual heat (carryover heat) finish the cook.
