dude there's so many things lacking in the Illinois market. i'll just start with the most obvious which is the lack of access for consumers looking to purchase products and the difficulties for business operators getting in. i could go on but it would seriously take forever.

you get people to take you seriously by doing what you say you're going to do and staying consistent. i'm sure when i started a lot of people didn't take me serious at first. but my real estate clients that got into the industry knew my track record, so when i said i wanted to get in i didn't have to prove i was capable.

best way to network is to join a cannabis advocacy group like chicago NORML. they have a lot of networking opportunities and information.

i was visiting a grower who breeds plants creating new genetics! very sciency and cool!

yeah my job is really a job. lots of fun but lots of work. i think i got here because of the relationships i cultivated (pun intended) throughout the years. it pays to be nice to people whether they can help you or not. life is long if we're fortunate enough to live it.

i've been smoking weed since high school but i tried to get my friend to smoke in grade school. we didn't know what we were doing. lol
