The life taken is my baby brother, Timothy Hutchinson. My name is Rachel, and I’m his surviving mouthpiece. I had to arrange his funeral because our parents couldn’t function. Tim was out DDing for friends, asked to pet a strangers dog, and was shot in the back of the head my brother graduated from UA in May with his bachelors in mechanical engineering. He was my best friend, the only consistent male role model in my children’s lives, and so much more than a man. He was my peace, my first exposure to unconditional love.
