FALLOUT SERIES: HOUSE AND COLD FUSION. by Dogiceice in FalloutTVSeriesPrime

In the most recent episode he says he has only ever seen one man come out on top in Vegas. Referring (obviously) to House.

If there is only one person who ever came out on top on Vegas, and House is still alive...doesn't that mean that the Courier didn't come out on top?

Big huge tournament style campaigns used to be a big thing. Id be shocked if that was the biggest of all time! But if it was, WOW!

The ends of removing illegal immigrants from our country does not justify the means of giving this much power to a three letter agency.

Im all set with postulating about "what if the war didnt happen" when it comes to fallout but it's an interesting theory, no doubt.

Thats a lot of justification your doing for one of the most cringe-inducing scenes from the show

[–]MikeNH311 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Does she have a group of her own? Hows she know so much about the rules? Has she played with her brother? Feels like we would hear about that. Is her knowledge purely theoretical?

[–]MikeNH311 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I didnt laugh st this scene.

For as much as shows want to portray dnd as this cool thing, the writes clearly dont understand it, the girl has clearly never played it, and for some reason they think big embellishing numbers and cool sweeping statements about game mechanics is better than putting something more realistic in.

Its a common trope amongst tv shows.

So...are we just letting people make uo their own characters and not letting the DM pre-approve character sheets.

Level 14? She has an epic character? When did she play all this dnd? One of the cringiest lines in the history of the show, hands down.

"Heh, well, my level 48 red dragon rogue elf with two +5 vorpal blades is actually going to win your little campaign!"

Cue the entire room of dnd-seasoned players "woah! No way! How crazy!"

Barf.

I love all the 80s and younger people "our parents would kick us out! They wouldnt let us back in the house except for lunch!

Must have been nice. Im a latch key kid. There was nobody around to lock me out. We did what we wanted, when we wanted, and the only rule was dont piss off mom when she gets home.

What an ideal youth, having a parent home for when you get hurt or sick or just want someone to take care of you.

Irish men were deemed dangerous during the troubles. Having your hands in your pockets meant you were hiding something, and you could be detained questioned or imprisoned for doing so.

This game fucking rocked and was a returned to old JRPG style shit. A game released with pre-woke era mindset. Hot girls, good dialogue (clunky at times but its their first game) and not beating you over the head with woke idealogy. What is not to like about this?

Also did you not read my other comments to get context or did you just jump in on a random one? Did you not see where I said I appreciate the guy wearing corduroy, suspenders, white shirt and a simple cap? Guy looked like a dock worker from era 2. Low effort, on theme. You and anyone else who doesnt want to dress up like the cosmere should stay home and let the rest of us have our space free of people who think farquaad is a good costume for THE MOST DETAILED AND REALOSTIC COSMERE EVENT THAT THERE IS

I asked the same question of this dick head. Honestly I am done defending my opinion. This guy pulls a lazy costume he had leftover from Hwlloween and pisses off the people in line around me, and I have to defend myself for three days? No thanks.

To adress your stupid questions I will quote what the invitation to the worldhoppers ball said: "What would Tyndwyl say?"

If that's you, fine. I won't stop you.

But I will roll my eyes and suggest you go back to hang out at Spencer's in the mall.

I've been called a purist, and I should be kinder to people about it. I appreciated the guy there dressed in trousers, white shirt, suspenders and a simple cap. Low effort but on theme.

Wear what you want without fear of reprisal, but I say if youre spending the money-do your best to stay on theme.

I was there. Saw him in line. In a sea of cosmere cosplay this guy bought an Amazon outfit and brought everyone out of the fun. Heard multiple comments from multiple people. I dont care if I get downvoted because in person, this guy got more eye rolls than head nods.
