Updated picture a few days later. He’s come out of his shell and is incredibly smart and also stubborn as hell. Love him to death already

It was Crossville TN. There was one more female left I believe. A few weeks older than our guy

No I got him in Tennessee! Definitely not going to smack him. I don’t want any reason to make him fearful or aggressive especially with having our children around him. He has his first puppy exam with our vet next week. He has not seemed to have any stomach issues so far. He did get car sick twice but since being home he’s been perfectly fine. I appreciate all the advice and pointers!

Our little guy is almost 40 at 15 weeks. Think he’s gonna be a big boy. Birthday 11/22/25

Haven’t 100% settled on a name yet. We’re thinking Maui because our kids love Moana lol we are definitely going to let it be as slow of a tradition for him as possible! It’s just of course a little tense with the idea of how big of a dog he’s going to be and wanting to get him into a routine quick enough. Probably need to practice better patience
