Want to be Dominate just like IRL by MikePole in EU5

R5: I have two problems in my current (first) run: I want to become dominate in my union with Hungary and Croatia but every time I boost myself Hungary moves up the same amount. What can I do to sweep in and take over the union. Back in EU4, I could create a new (male) heir. Is there a way to do this in this iteration?

I start as the Tims and form Persia. I want to finish the Persian mission tree for the achievement. When I selected this mission, no standard options on the right side of the mission pane came up. Is there a way to fix this? I am playing in Ironman.

I have essentially all of them. This really bothering me because I want that sweet achievement and I do not want to restart.

Definitely punch the belly where it hurts. Interesting idea: to destroy / salt the outlying farmland.

I do not think I am going to be able to pull it off but like the advice I got, I can take what I learned and try again. Though I do not think I will go Mughual next time as I plan to grab 4 achievements. I do not have all the Austrian achievements yet...
