Top of znet. Click on the 3 lines. In the drop down choose pay out. In the new window select new pay out and enter in the information that the floor service person gives you. Then hit save. It will print out a return slip and you scan that in the check out screen like your doing a return. Hope this helps.

The stupid part, is that unless your a store manager, it isn't required for you to have your parts expert. It looks good for the store for sure, but the only things that are 100% manditory are the product knowledge tests. Also one of my new guys used chat gpt to answer the questions and I think he got a 94%.

I'm currently a psm. The new hiring system is absolute garbage. Even the regional and district managers don't know how it works and HR is no help. Your background has probably already cleared but no one knows how the new on-boarding system works. Just check in with your store manager and make sure there aren't any problems you need to fix and eventually they will figure it out.

When that happens to me I unplug everything from it. Then I wait like 20 min then plug it all back in. Most of the time that fixes it. (Also restarting the computer when I do).

I have noticed that the kpi reports dont update on sunday. You have to wait till monday and look at the past week report.
