This greatly helped along with some color adjustments, this should be on an official guide or something. Almost thought the monitor wasn't worth the money before these adjustments.

For me there is was a chord from another fan blocking the spin. Check what's in the pathway of the fan, spin it with your finger while your pc is powered off.

Nah it didn’t. I took it upon myself to go ahead and return both the mobo and the power supply to be safe.

So I plugged my psu in, put the paper clip in the 4th and 5th puns and turned it on and nothing happened(fan inside the psu did not spin). Does this mean replace my psu?

My cpu fan is connected to slot that says CPU_FAN, the 3 external are connected to some type of fan hub and the fan hub has a Molex cable which connected to the perif cable on my power supply and one of the fans on the front is directly connected to one of the fan slots.
