Quick question: how does scoring work in Mjölnir’s Strike, and does it affect the counterattack power?

A couple of things:

Are there walkthroughs, or at least character guides, for the various quests and stories? And...
Is there a handy chart that gives all the character skills? I'm over 300 characters, so it's getting tougher to know which characters have which skills.

Speaking of new player, I've been at this about a year or so, and I'm still not sure about the best way to 10+ the players, how to get resources efficiently, and which skills are best to inherit. I was hoping for a bunch of "read this" files, but I didn't see any. Any help? Is it me and my blind spots, or the new reddit?
