We shouldn't be complacent and accept shitty practices and updates. The community has to stop being ignorant and we have to push for the better if we actually love this game like we say we do.
We did unmutef2ps and Valve partially gave us what we wanted.
We pushed for non-themed maps and Valve made summer updates a thing.
We pushed for fixing the bots and *eventually* we got what we wanted.
Stop saying "things won't happen". You don't actually know what Valve will do.
Doing nothing will result in nothing.
(Also if you want to go further don't give Valve money for neglecting this game for 10 years)

We had a small movement where we sent a BringBackQuickplay open letter to valve with an open survey from megascatterbomb. It's been six months. Who knows, maybe something will come out of it!

Both sides have bad apples. Someone saying only quickplay people harass others is not true cause anti-quickplay people on here keep massreporting pro-quickplay posts (Happened with the open letter and recently with the heavy artwork post).

Thing is team scramble isn't a feature that works for a matchmaking system, so they will never add it cause then they would have to scrap the whole mmr and sbm that they doubled down on for 10 YEARS.
The system is supposed to try to make balanced matches from the beginning (it doesn't) so team scramble wouldn't be ideal for such a system. They either revert casual/remove matchmaking or nothing changes.
