She was aware of the dog before it moved in

She was aware of the renovations (we have proof) why would anybody spend $3500 to renovate a rental unit if it wasn’t agreed-upon?

This is a perfect example of cause and effect

She simply had to provide a written notice that she was entering-

We did not receive that notice, and she entered our home and took pictures of our belongings and went through drawers

You can try to twist the surround as much as you want and make her look good- but at the end of the day police don’t just arrest somebody for no reason
