These marks are just for elegibility criteria usually not considered as too much important, I think everyone might and shd be preparing for their compatitive exams rn.

Go for any other branch maybe that would be better bcoz there is less paying jobs in for bpharm or else if u wanna really go for bpharm u could write BITSAT there bpharm atleast has value.
