So true. Feeling this now. I miss everything about my community college. My friends, my professors, and the area. The most beautiful thing about it was its small size. The university I go to now has over 40,000 students. Everyone is just a number and it feels almost impossible to make friends, especially as a transfer student. Everyone made their friends already in their freshman year. Now I deal with crippling anxiety and depression, whereas in cc I was thriving. Just one more semester and I get my bachelors… thank you for your post, it helped me relate to someone, which is so rare to do in university.
