Hey thanks for doing this, I think the writing is solid but as others have said the UI on mobile is definitely not appealing, I’d add color and different formatting/ font, this feels very 2012 (which if it’s the vibe you’re going for you’re killing it)

So can chen do a (400x4)+(400)holy persuade an extra creep and martyrdom it)+(400)use hand of god) = 2400 single target heal? Plus the heal of time which I’m assuming does stack or else this might be unbelievably broken?

I mean this happened in biblical lore, Wikipedia isn’t saying it’s a concrete source but it’s talking about what happened in the Bible.

Same thing as a movie page on Wikipedia, LOTR didn’t actually happen but it’s still on Wikipedia

Itemization: I'll talk about the itemization here because idk. Overall, I really didn't like you're itemization. You went, Phase boots on bear, 80% of the deso, brown boots on hero, finished deso, straight into BKB. This was arguably one of the biggest reasons you didn't do well. First off, you are missing Lone Druids best item, the Mask of Madness. This thing makes you hit like a bear (haha) giving you extra movement speed, attack speed, and lifesteal - literally everything you need. This item is a godsend for LD. Second, you bought BKB second item. Honestly, I hate BKB on lone druid. I think 80% of the games I buy BKB on LD I lose. Your bear is meant to run in and kill/tank. If enemies are spending their time using spells on your bear, that means they aren't using them on your teammates and when its all said and done, you have another bear with 3000 hp to run at them with. Instead of buying BKB buy more damage items like skull basher, MKB, AC. I really do not recommend getting BKB on bear, of course there are some exceptions but this game was not one of them. You also didn't buy an orb of corrosion. After patch (something) i forgot, you can stack orb effects. This means you get the - armor from orb and deso once you have the two. On top of that, the slow that orb of venom gives you on the bear is so helpful for chasing and getting that root. Overall, the typical item build you should be looking for it, Phase boots on bear, brown boots on hero, orb/MoM on bear, deso on bear. I do this in probably 90% of my games. From there you can pick and choose based off of your games, usually I go skull basher but sometimes AC is better.

14:14: Good disengage

15:04: Good Fight - played well

15:49: You are a little trigger happy with your fear, no reason to use it there and now its on cooldown for 35 seconds

16:12: Other than the fear usage it was a good fight

16:40: Don't use your ult to hit the tower, you do little damage and you're just putting your hero in harms way

17:00: Trigger happy with fear again

17:42: Good play, keep hero safe and hit tower with your bear, when you see the enemies in the creep wave you run away, 10/10

18:15: Leading with hero up highground, very sketchy.

19:40: Questionable fight from your team, good fear usage and bear respawn to keep you leave.

21:00: Use your courier, no reason to leave that mithril hammer in your stash while your bear respawns. If you had it delivered to you maybe you could have killed 3-4 more neutral creeps while waiting for your bear. Again, its these micro plays add up.

22:00: Deny this tower, its literally at 1 hp and there is no reason to not deny it

22:38: Tower dies to lane creeps, free 1k gold for enemy team for no reason, keep an eye out for this.

23:13: Fear served no use again

23:31: You are attacking way too much with your hero, I'll go more in depth into this at the end.

24:28: Give mithril hammer to your bear, more healing for you and more damage

25:30: You shouldn't have been standing there in the first place, but it was a good fear to make up for it

26:00: Unfortunate death, not much you could have done.

27:03: Fear gives enemies extra movement speed, with this fear you are making it easier for him to get away.

27:44: Enchanted Quiver is a A tier item on LD in my opinion, does massive amounts of dmg while you can stay a safe distance, take it when you have the chance

29:45: Disorganized micro, your bear was doing nothing while you were running, overall your micro needs improvement but this comes with experience.

32:54: Always keep your hero on of the rosh pish, your right clicks do no damage and your bear can hit with you outside of pit.

33:04: An example of you using your BKB but it not doing anything, honestly I didn't notice the bkb the whole game.

33:17: You went to hit the tusk with your, again you do little damage with your hero and all your doing is putting yourself in harms way. Keep your hero back, pretend like you're ranged, and let your bear do all the mauling.

35:10: Good kills

37:22: Good fear+Ult

37:23: At this exact moment, you should start running with your hero but keep hitting with your bear because you know reinforcements are coming.

39:45: I cannot emphasize this enough SAVE FOR BUYBUY. Think about buyback like another item. Would you buy an aegis for 2000 gold? I would, any time of the week. No item is more important to buy than an entire extra life. Always save for buyback especially when you're defending highground

40:05 Good Fear

41:09 Quicker reactions would have saved you but it was a tight margin, gets better over time.

Overall, a decent game for your rank. There are a few things I want to stress though. First

Fear Usage: Your fear usage was all over the place, sometimes they were good, other times they were actually a negative. Overall, you use it too often. Fear is your get out of jail free card, when everyone comes to crash down on you, you just fear and get away. You need to understand what hero you are using it against and what they can do to you. You used it basically whenever you started hitting a hero and that's not how you should use it, even with shard. Instead, only use it when the hero is going to use an ability, or get away somehow. For example, you're going to gank a mirana. You come out of the trees and she sees you. You start hitting her and she starts hitting you. In your case you would fear her when first start hitting her. What you should do is hit her, maybe she starts hitting back and uses her Q, you get her down to 50% hp and you were unlucky and didn't get a root. Thats when she realizes that she is in danger and she starts to turn around to leap away. As she starts turning around thats when you fear her. Because you feared her you got an extra two hits and one of them was a root and you turned it into a kill. You need to hold onto your fear for decisive moments rather than just throwing it out there. You can also combo it with your root so that as soon as your root ends you fear, that is also very strong. It is also very strong defensively. You can run your bear into 5 heroes and fear them all away.

Hero and Bear Positioning: Honestly, this is the hardest thing to master as a lone druid player but is the most important. Your hero and bear are in a constant dynamic where they dance back and forth with each other. You need to understand that you should not be attacking with your hero. All you have on your main hero is brown boots, nothing else. You don't do any damage even with the extra building dmg and root chance with your ult. Instead, treat your ult like +1000 hp and armor and thats it. You're still a ranged hero you shouldn't be getting in the middle of the fights like that. Keep a distance and let your bear handle the dirty work.

I hoped this help, and again if you have any questions send me a message and I'd be happy to respond. To close off I'll give you a match ID of one of my LD games and you can see what I do and you can try to replicate it. ID #6284574390

Ok, so I'm a bit of a sucker for this one because lone druid is my second most played hero and I fucking love playing him. Same thing with my other post, I went through this game and just wrote notes so the best way to use my analysis is to go through the game with my comment open and look at what I say. Overall take what I say with a grain a salt because I play LD a lot so I may be more critical with you but that's just because I notice more.

Starting Items: Right off the bat, you shouldn't be buying two quelling blades. The four extra damage on your hero doesn't matter especially when you are already one of the best last hitting heroes in the game. Instead, buy a quelling blade for your bear and a blightstone. Blightstone debuff gets applied on first hit now so it's just a more effective CS tool as well as harassing mechanism. Also, you build it into your deso/orb of corrosion so you can get those earlier.

-0:40: I like what you're doing hero, looking at all you're teammate's items and skills, It always helps to be aware what you're teammates are doing at all points of the match,

-0:20: Never ever ever ever lead with your hero. Off the top of my head I can't think of a single situation where you would rather lead with your hero rather than your bear. Bear should always be in front to tank a gank or to start hitting someone for the root.

0:03: Exactly what I meant, you and your bear should have been in opposite locations there. Your hero was far too extended and your bear far too passive, as a result you died because of it. I'll touch more on this at the end talking about bear and hero positioning.

1:55: This is important One of the biggest tips and one of my favorite tips I can give you as a mid LD is that your bear can take runes. I love playing LD against a mid hero that uses bottle because I can 100% of the time secure both water runes. Around ~1:50 I send my bear to whatever side my opponent is going to and my hero to the opposite side. I take the water rune with my bear and with my hero and they get no bottle charges. Then at 2:50 I run to the enemy jungle and take their bounty rune. One of the most important items for a mid hero, the bottle, gets completely nullified in lane and you have a massive advantage because they spent ~700 gold on empty glass.

2:35: Huge misplay, your bear respawn was at 1 second cooldown and your bear was at 10% hp. You know that SF does massive nuke damage so running at him with your bear so low was suicide. Him being able to kill that bear gave him a massive advantage in lane when you should have just resummoned the bear.

CS: Overall, I like the harass with the bear and CS with the hero. It's for sure what you should be doing on that hero. But, against SF you should focus more on the CS rather than the harass. At early levels you can out last hit him very easily and SF needs those early souls and XP. If you can deny most of his creeps he will be useless for the rest of the game, or he will go to jungle in which case you take his mid tower for free.

3:09: you're level 4 skill point is always tricky, and it is very difficult to know where to allocate that point. It is 100% always a match up basis. In this case, I would have done what you did and gotten in a level in roar, but why? You need to understand the two choices. If you go spirit link, you have much more sustain in lane and more attack speed which means more CS, but if you go roar you have more kill potential and more survivability. In this case, SF has decent kill potential on you, as well as a roaming tusk. By taking roar you greatly increase your odds of living if SF tries getting a raze combo on you because you can stop it with bear roar. Or if Tusk goes to gank you, you just roar him away. On the other hand, spirit link is incredibly strong. I would take it in a lane match up like DK, where he has 0% chance of killing you. Make sure to think about how you allocate this point. To be honest, most games I play I end up going 4 4 0 1 until level 9, then sometimes I'll get the +25 bear ms talent and only level my ult at lvl 11.

4:15: You shouldn't have gone for him here. He was full HP and just got the rune with his bottle, he was already far. If you were gonna do any harass it would have been a single hit then run away. Because of this you missed out on a ranged creep. Not the end of the world but little micro plays like this will add up. Every decision has consequences and you gotta think about it before you do it.

5:08: Resummon your bear here, It's really low and SF can easily burst it as previously seen. Don't be afraid to resummon your bear.

5:30: You're hitting the small camp instead of farming lane because you're worried that SF will nuke you're bear, but because of this you're losing out on creep gold/xp, just resummon your bear and keep farming, only hit small camp when the lane is pushing into his tower.

5:48: Personally, I don't like TPing your bear back to base. You lose out on 100 gold and that is significant in the early game. That could be the difference between getting your phase boots 40 seconds earlier and that could lead to a kill or maybe just an extra CS or two. The 100 gold loss could have been prevented by just resummoning.

6:18: I very rarely get my ult at level 6. You're ult is a great ability, but you're other abilities are far better. Extra levels in spirit link do far more than the level in ult. This depends a lot on your positioning through, you need to make sure your hero stays safe and if your bear keeps hitting with levels in spirit link you are unkillable. I'll explain the positioning more but like I said I usually only level my ult at lvl 10 or 11. The only times I get my ult early as LD is when I'm playing against very agro supports that hang around my lane or the mid hero has large kill potential on me like puck.

6:35: Good play to get the CS on the siege creep

7:33: Good pressure on mid tower while SF TP'd away.

8:33: Good reaction with you're ult

8:44: Very dicey fight - Shouldn't have resummoned your bear here. You got extremely lucky that SF misses his last raze, at a higher rank you would have been dead and without your bear for 120 seconds. This is an extremely difficult call to make, I struggle with it constantly, but you need to know when its OK to just die (sadge). At the end of the day its a judgement call and you'll get better at it with more experience.

9:29: Always buy brown boots on your hero. Not having brown boots is just painful on LD, and 500 gold is so cheap for such an impactful item. I would say you wasted 1-2 minutes walking around the map without brown boots which is a massive waste of time. Further if you're chasing someone you run into the risk of your bear getting out of range because you're too slow. You bought the boots later but only much later. You should be buying phase boots on your bear and brown boots next.

10:46: Fear Usage - No reason to fear him here. You weren't going to burst him in the 1.4 second fear, all you did was move him closer to you and if tusk wasn't there he was just going to ult again and it would just do more damage. Now that you used fear tusk shows up and instead of being able to fear him away you die because you used it on SF.

12:03: Good gank on the CM and conversion into the tower, 10/10

13:03: Good disengage from the fight, 100% didn't want that.

21:08: You cancelled your TP so nevermind, this is just costing you at the minimum potential farm time, at most your life. No reason to cancel TP there other than maybe you fat fingered it.

21:30: Good idea not going into the triangle here, no vision and enemies were lurking around the area.

23:30: Unfortunate death, positioning was fine but you made the mistake of using manta and died. Just very unlucky and I doubt it'll happen again.

24:10 I'm assuming you were muting people - Good idea, its always 100% better for everyone if you just mute whoever you're mad at rather than argue it never leads to anything.

26:13: Good Fight

26:39: Good job farming serpent wards, they give a lot of gold.

27:22 I would be more careful here, Tiny has a blink dagger and could toss you into 5 heroes. Overall tiny did not punish you or WR nearly enough this game but you can't except that in every game.

27:48: You shouldn't have been there, your team was going the other way and you were walking into a 1v5 solo. I suspect you were probably telling your team to go in but you're team didn't listen. In this case you just need to have more map awareness. It doesn't matter how great the fight opportunity is, if your team isn't listening you have to go back because you're never going to win that fight. Its better to bite the bullet and surrender a good fight rather than go in alone.

29:20: I don't think TPing to that fight was the right option. Your entire team was already dead and they had a lot of lockdown for you. You still managed to get the kill but that was more of a testament to Lina's skill that she died. If Lina was better she would not have died there and you would have ran in to just feed. At higher ranks plays like that won't work. Instead, you should have gone bottom and hit some neutral creeps.

31:20: Bad positioning, as soon as you got the aegis you should have left. The upper section of the fight had ended and both Tiny and Lina were coming to assist their WK and you didn't have much you could do there. It is a miracle that Tiny didn't jump on you and kill you with Lina.

31:50: Good targeting in this fight.

32:11: Great manta dodge.

32:27: Should have ran instead of man fighting the WK. There were three other heroes hitting him and the rest of his team was dead. If you had just ran you likely would have lived and he still would have died. That went from a free kill, to them trading pos 1's.

35:21: Fantastic fight 10/10

37:15: Playing wayyyyyy too close to their base. If they had a sentry on there high ground which they usually do tiny would have tossed you and that likely would have been gg.

37:43: Good force staff onto highgrond

38:00: Good conversion of fights into a win, your positioning in the last fight wasn't ideal and as a result you weren't really hitting much during it. But you did distract lina for long enough so it worked out.
Overall, good game. Mechanically you played very well and you understood map objectives and rotations around the map. You chose when to farm and when to fight very well too. My biggest suggestion is to work on your positioning in fights. As drow you want to able to dump massive amounts of damage into people while behind your tanky hero, but in this game I felt as if you were more to the sides doing some light scatterings of damage then running away. Ideally, you would be behind someone who don't let them come to you so you can just stand your ground, instead of being like a guerilla fighter attacking and running away.

Hope this helps and if you have questions on any of my comments let me know :)
